The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2+ years' experience as a full stack software engineer, delivering software using agile development practices
- Knowledge/experience of middleware Java stack, Spring framework, Oracle, messaging technologies (EMS or KAFKA) and web containers
- Front-end solutions using JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools
- Your hands-on experience working with package management using Node.js
- HTTP based interactions, REST, Networking and how the internet works
- Exposure to SQL/PLSQL a plus
- Exposure to AWS services and deployment a plus
- Strong contributor with a collaborative work style in building, crafting and reviewing code
- Modern development principles such as trunk-based development, feature toggles, continuous integration/delivery, and branch by abstraction to support performant and collaborative engineering teams

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
