RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

Support Honeywell (business) deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation (product) by designing, testing and validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers in order to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Acquire knowledge of our products that require testing, including their specifications, components, and functionalities.
* Partner with test system design teams to build connections, comprehend, and shape system designs that enable thorough and effective testing solutions.
* Collaborate with the test design team to grasp test requirements and approaches that address the necessary testing scope for the product during production stages.
* Oversee and maintain custom test systems to consistently meet established production test needs, engaging the design team for assistance in sustaining and enhancing these systems.
* Guide test racks and systems from deployment to retirement, coordinating and providing training with global partners.
* Apply problem-solving skills and assess engineering and manufacturing compromises when preparing for and adapting to uncertainties, risks, and opportunities in projects.
* Deliver innovative ideas, clear status reports, well-considered trade-offs, insightful reviews, and enhanced process suggestions to program management and leadership.


U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the development and ongoing support of product test systems, ranging from manual to fully automated, within a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of antenna theory and test measurement techniques
  • Expertise in developing test requirements, test plans, test cases, methodologies, and documentation for manufacturing to drive system development
  • Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, and boundary scan tools to evaluate and troubleshoot systems
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
