** This position is on-site **We are looking for a highly skilled ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Developer to design and manage data storage systems that power business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and optimizing performance for large-scale data integration processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and maintain relational database systems using SQL.
2. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application logic.
3. Optimize and fine-tune queries and database performance.
4. Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
5. Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses and other storage systems.
6. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
7. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
8. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
9. Design and implement scalable ETL workflows to support growing data volumes and complexity.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data mappings, workflows, and design specifications.
11. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
12. Automate repetitive ETL tasks and improve efficiency through scripting or tool configuration.
13. Stay up to date with emerging ETL technologies and best practices.

16. Monitor database systems for performance issues, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related problems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, ten years of experience in data warehousing architectural approaches or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Ability to derive technical specifications from business requirements and express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to multi-disciplinary teams, in verbal as well as in written form
3. Deep knowledge of SQL, Spark, Python, Git, ETL/ELT tools, Data Modeling tools
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business or IT
2. Banking or financial services experience
3. Experience developing and deploying database objects using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
4. Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
5. Exposure to AI-powered features in BI tools, such as Power BI’s AI visuals, Tableau’s Explain Data, or integration with Python/R scripts.
