Our specific Go-to-Market Execution Design team is focused on driving agent adoption of new technology and business management solutions and enhancing interactions between contact centers and agent offices to support customer needs. Familiarity with technology in agent offices and/or how contact centers interact with agents and customers is preferred but not required.

Desired experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years' experience in a communication, change management, project management, or a business analyst-type role
• Experience developing communication or change management strategies, and/or influencing with others to successfully execute business strategies.

Hybrid work environment located in our corporate office of Bloomington, IL and the Hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Phoenix. Remote work opportunities will not be considered. Relocation will not apply.
