IT Manager, Computing Infrastructure Automation
JOB SUMMARY:
The Computing Infrastructure Automation (CIA) Manager leads the Computing Services’ (CS) automation and orchestration transformation toward the delivery and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code. This role will focus on automating the provisioning and management of servers, storage, middleware, platforms, and networking across VMware, OpenShift, and physical environments, improving efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The CIA department collaborates and coordinates among entities inside and outside of Computing Services to provide an end-to-end developer/portfolio infrastructure delivery experience. This department will lead Computing Services as part of broader enterprise DevOps efforts. The CIA also provides coding services to other CS departments including Enterprise Storage, Virtualization Infrastructure, Linux Support, Windows Support, Infrastructure Integration, Platform Support, and Computing Security and Compliance. The CIA will lead with the automation of, and orchestration among, various tasks. The CIA assists CS departments in understanding our coding standards, repository conventions, and assists with coding as needed. The CIA will lead CS in AI adoption as priorities allow. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position falls under the company’s Insider Threat Program and will have access to, and control over sensitive data, systems or assets. Enhanced personnel screening, which includes a background review, drug screen and psychological assessment, will be required if you are selected for this position
