We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Asset Coordinator to manage and organize our growing library of digital assets for the Digital Commerce Team. This role is crucial for ensuring our team has easy access to the right assets at the right time, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing and creative efforts. The Digital Asset Coordinator will support multiple brand teams within the marketing and creative departments.

Responsibilities:

Uploading, tagging, and organizing digital assets (images, videos, documents, etc.) within Google Drive.
Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our digital asset library.
Ensuring consistent metadata and tagging for easy searchability and retrieval.
Collaborating with team members to understand their asset needs.
Supporting the team in locating and accessing digital assets.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn Monday.com for project management and asset tracking.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.00 to $36.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
