Job Title: Executive Presentation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and articulate Executive Presentation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind transforming our executive and corporate messages into visually compelling presentations that captivate audiences at conferences, customer meetings, media engagements, and large-stage events. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, subject matter experts, and various teams to ensure our presentations are not only informative but also leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executives, subject matter experts, and marketing leadership to translate complex concepts, messages, and data into engaging visuals and narratives.
• Develop visually stunning PowerPoint presentations and other visual assets, such as graphics and infographics, to effectively communicate key messages and data points.
• Ensure that presentation designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Gather relevant insights and data to support and enhance the impact of presentations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual storytelling and presentation design.
• Offer guidance and support to internal teams on effective storytelling techniques and visual communication strategies.
• Facilitate the review process, incorporating feedback to refine presentation materials.
• Work with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed to support presentation design and production.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in visual storytelling, presentation design, or a related role. B2B experience in the software industry is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software, with advanced skills in creating visually compelling presentations.
• Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create custom graphics, icons, and infographics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into clear and concise visual messages.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business concepts and executive-level messaging.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Collaboration and Time Management: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data Visualization: Knowledge of data visualization best practices and techniques.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with various personalities and build effective relationships across corporate, regional, and global teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
