Information Security Portfolio Management, Governance, and Reporting.

Responsible for portfolio management, governance and reporting process that support the overall strategic objectives of Information Security. Provides leadership to cross-functional teams to execute on concurrent large programs and ensure standard change programs protocols are met. Key contributor in developing portfolio management and governance processes to meet strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Develops and documents processes to support Portfolio Project Methodology and Governance processes to effectively delivery project objectives.

2. Provides oversight and guidance to security delivery teams to ensure standard project protocols are met.

3. Will serve as an individual contributor with ownership of portfolio management, quality assurance, governance and reporting routines.

4. Handle multiple deliverables for the CCS Delivery team including but not limited to data analysis and workflow diagrams.

5. Work in an indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication, and adherence to program delivery governance processes.

6. Systematically reviews components of processes to identify potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS IT/ Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations Management.

2. 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role.

3. Advanced understanding of project management framework and demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives and bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.

4. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

5. Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).

6. Knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with leadership.

9. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, devise solutions and make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.

2. Large IT Portfolio Management and reporting experience.

3. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

4. Process Improvement Professional (e.g. Six Sigma certification).

5. 5 years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security.

6 Knowledge or experience in Information Security projects

7. Incident Response, Identity Access Management.

8. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products: Excel and PPT -VBA(advanced), Teams, SharePoint(Advanced), Project and Visio.

Travel

Minimal and up to 10%

The annual base salary for this position is $144,000.00 - $180,000.00.
