As a Lead Technical Product Owner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing guidance through the product lifecycle, ensuring technical solutions are developed and delivered on schedule. You will collaborate with product management to align solutions with market and customer demand. You will be responsible for mitigating technical risks associated with new product development and provide rapid issue resolution to minimize disruption. Through effective team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, you will contribute to the organization's competitiveness by delivering high-quality, market-relevant products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements
* Drive the development of technical specifications and ensure alignment with overall product strategy
* Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle
* Work closely with the Technical Product Owner Manager to ensure timely and successful product delivery
* Define Product roadmap based on various requirements gathered from consumers

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner role with SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure or similar technical leadership position
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field
• Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
