This is a remote role.
Pay Range: $42/hr – $47/hr

The main function of a Software Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. – Websphere, Informatica etc.) to support business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Requirements:

• 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese language
• No degree required
• Experience in game as a service will be welcome as their games are games of service (they continue to create updates to the games over time)
• People who have worked with China / Chinese companies (Chinese cos have different work culture that would be valuable to know of)
• Able to be a task master
• Self-motivated individual / self sufficient
• Project Management/Producer/Assistant Producer - 2+ YOE
• Communication experience (will be effectively collaborating with teams) - 2+ YOE
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel and etc.) - 2+ YOE

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42/hr – $47/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
