We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Action Officer and Integrator to support the Vice President of Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS). As the primary liaison for executive-level reviews and key performance metrics, you'll ensure seamless communication, coordination, and project management across Q&MS, supporting all Aero locations and contributing to the overall mission of excellence within Q&MS.
What You Will Be Doing
* Business Rhythm Management: Lead and continuously improve the Q&MS business rhythm aligned to Aeronautics Operating Model (AOM) and Quality Leadership Engagement and Performance (LEAP).
* Performance Metrics Reporting: Collect, prepare, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Safety, Quality, FOD, Cost, and Schedule; provide analysis and feedback to senior leadership.
* Meeting Facilitation: Support and facilitate recurring meetings, VIP engagements (including customer and DCMA), and ad-hoc sessions; oversee scheduling and planning of these events.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary contact for executive reviews and OBEYA reviews, ensuring the consolidation of critical KPIs and smooth communication flow in alignment with our Breakthrough Objectives (BTOs), Annual Objectives (AOs) and Annual Improvement Projects (AIPs).
* Project Management: Document, track, and follow up on action items, ensuring timely closure and elevating constraints as needed. Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and support Value Chain Quality across Aero.
* Strategic and Tactical Integration: Align and coordinate actions with DCMA (HQ and local commands) on customer engagement activities, including bi-monthly DCMA HQ meetings, Joint Management Council (JMCC), Broad Action Planning (BAP) and Joint Advisory Group (JAG) projects, AS9100 Surveillance Audits, and strategic reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
* Project Management experience.
* Experience in Manufacturing, Production Operations and/or Quality & Mission Success.
* Demonstrated ability to tell a story using data.
Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with entire suite of MS Office tools
* Q&MS/Prod Ops leadership experience is preferred
* Metric Development and Reporting
* Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Continuous Improvement
* Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/Green Belt Certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
