Public policy liaison with 3-5 years experience single-handedly drafting comments for public consultations, prepare briefings, memos, presentations, research and keep all business stakeholder teams informed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industry experience in telecommunications, internet service providers, or content OTT
• Specific LATAM experience regarding network fee, network investments, telecom policy, and/or telecom regulatory environments.
• A degree in law/political science, economics, with a specialization in telecommunications and internet highly preferred.
• Self starter with minimal supervision.
• Research and develop policies and communication related to freedom of expression, products, online safety, cybersecurity, and privacy.
• Draft policy related materials including enforcement protocols.
• Research policy areas of interest to the company.

Preferred Skills

• Portuguese or Spanish language preferred.
• A degree in law/political science, economics, with a specialization in telecommunications and internet highly preferred.
• Experience with FAANG companies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.18 to $43.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
