The Senior Information Security Engineer will serve as part of an agile team responsible for the creation and maintenance of forms used in the Access Request Tool (ART). This role will provide hands-on experience to support applications throughout the organization to become compliant with Identity and Access Management (IAM) requirements. This position will work directly with the IAM Onboarding teams, technical and business contacts for the applications, ART developers and management to prioritize workload and coordinate releases in an effort to drive down risk and ensuring the adherence of applications to company policies. As an Senior Information Security Engineer, you will be part of a team of cyber professionals that share a passion for cyber risk management and solutioning cyber challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Review and interpret requirements into functioning ART forms.
• Work directly with IAM Onboarding professional and technical contacts to solidify requirements, size efforts, coordinate releases.
• Represent the ART FormBuilder team through deep understanding of ART functionality, priorities, and initiatives.
• Create and maintain ART forms; coordinate testing for the forms, deploy the forms using the ART FormBuilder tool.
• Proactively anticipating risks, and proactively providing solutions to address challenges
• Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous cyber risk-based improvement.
• Lead or participate in computer security incident response activities for moderately complex events
• Provide security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards
• Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security
• Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
• Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Intake of requests and analysis of requirements
• Assigning work between onshore and offshore resources
• Development of forms using ART FormBuilder, a priority Wells Fargo tool used to build custom forms
• Coordination of testing cycles
• Coordination of release activities
• Participate in requirement gathering activities with other Wells Fargo partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Analytical skills / Strong analysis skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong TSQL and database analysis skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Well versed experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management
