Overview:
The Engineering Team at SharkNinja is looking for dynamic, creative, talented, inspirational and committed Senior Manager, Sustainable Packaging to drive development and implementation of sustainable packaging initiatives across our product portfolio. SharkNinja is committed to implementing our Sustainable Packaging Principles focused on delivering packaging solutions that are: Fit for Purpose, Right Sized, Responsibly Sourced, and Recyclable. SharkNinja is seeking a creative problem solver to advance development and implementation of sustainable packaging solutions in alignment with these Principles, ESG strategy and packaging goals. This individual possesses a strong understanding of packaging engineering and sustainable packaging solutions, a natural curiosity and creativity on how to leverage them in new ways, and an ability to collaborate cross functionally to bring these solutions to market.
