Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate complex user requests and clearly communicate objectives to all stakeholders.
• Lead feasibility studies for both new and existing applications.
• Manage projects with moderate complexity and scope.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Drive the creation of Proof Of Concepts (POCs) using new/emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and peers to deliver quality solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Expertise in full-stack application development, RESTful APIs, Relational and Document-based databases, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong grasp of complex concepts with a fast learning curve for new technologies.
• Demonstrated customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of coding experience in C#/.NET.
• Proficient in IBM MQ, Kafka, Aerospike (NoSQL), Splunk (logging), JSON/XML, PCF (Cloud), Caching, Performance Analysis & Profiling, Twelve-Factor App Methodology, Resiliency Patterns, Observability Patterns, and Agile Practices.
• Experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Proven experience as a technical lead for a team or project.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with the company’s technology ecosystem.
