Position: Sr. Targeting Analyst
Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
Location: 100% on-site; Fort Meade, MD ( 4 10s are offered/flexible with core hours)
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project is a long-term contract. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $72-80/hr. (Apex Systems offers weekly pay)
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Develop and manage targets for joint engagements (lethal/non-lethal).
- Create and update target intelligence databases.
- Produce damage estimates, and battle damage assessments, and assist with combat assessments.
- Conduct collateral damage estimation and target list management.
- Provide joint target intelligence support for deliberate and dynamic engagements.
- Recommend target prioritization to achieve commander objectives.
- Support dynamic targeting and joint target enterprise management.
- Develop and conduct on-the-job training for personnel.
- Assist with long-range planning and coordinate JTI efforts across various commands and agencies.
- Provide input to Joint Chief of Staff manuals and Combatant Command policies.
- Submit production requirements and intelligence report evaluations.
- Produce joint target materials (e.g., TSA, ETFs, target graphics, BDA).

Requirements:
- Minimum TS/SCI clearance must be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
- Bachelors degree or 7+ years overall experience with no degree; Masters Degree and 3+ years of experience
- Knowledgeable of the Joint Targeting Cycle, familiar with the National Production Workshop and the Joint Targeting Toolkit, has experience in performing target systems analysis and generating target nominations and battle damage assessments.
