Senior UX Product Designer - Lead the Vision for a Cornerstone Product! 

We're on the hunt for a rockstar Senior UX Product Designer to shape a Tier 1, cornerstone product for our client in Houston. This is a high-impact role, requiring a strong, strategic thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguity, align multiple stakeholders, and drive the UX vision from ideation to execution.

• Location: Houston, TX
• Onsite requirements: at least 2 days per week
• Duration: 1 year + 
• W2 (benefits offered by Aquent)

Who We're Looking For

•  Seasoned UX Leader - Someone who has proven experience owning UX strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-Solver & Visionary - Can take a complex, high-expectation product with a cloudy vision and turn it into a clear roadmap.
• UI/UX Hybrid - Strong UX skills are a must, but UI expertise is also valuable.
• Houston-Based & Onsite Flexibility - Blue Flex Plan (minimum 2 days onsite) with the potential for more as needed.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80.00 to $90.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
