Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Management Engineer to join our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Windows devices using both Intune and Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). This role involves architecting, deploying, and stabilizing Intune and SCCM services, systems, and tools to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Design, deploy, and manage Intune and SCCM infrastructure to support Windows endpoint management across the organization.
  • Implement and maintain configurations for software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings using Intune and SCCM.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and SCCM infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune and SCCM with other endpoint management tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Intune and SCCM processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management best practices.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support Intune and SCCM infrastructure and resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive standardization and service-focused instrumentation for endpoint management.
  • Engage with external vendors and third parties to address issues and achieve continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to command-and-control activities focused on the restoration of complex outages and rapid restoration of services.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and operating Intune and SCCM infrastructure in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Intune and SCCM architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with software distribution, patch management, and compliance settings in Intune and SCCM.
  • Familiarity with other endpoint management tools and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
