About the Work
We are looking for a Program Manager to be a strategic partner in defining and driving the work across the CoreX UX team, which is responsible for core areas of the UX Design System. This role will partner with leads to execute on large horizontal projects, and lead process improvements and scaling efficiencies across UX. You will also be an ambassador for cross-functional partners outside the UX organization, building and maintaining key relationships to help the UX organization run smoothly.
Responsilities:
- Point of contact and project partner for T/PgM counterparts.
- Deliver work in a way that builds trust across teams such as Engineers and PMs, and across functions within UX, connecting all three groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
- Collaborate with UX team leadership in defining team priorities including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes
- Provide clear communication to team leads regarding program status, resource requirements, risks, and priorities.
- Proactively identify issues, and create plans to sustainably resolve them. Perform strategic analyses that translate data into actionable insights, influence stakeholders, and develop execution plans.

- Knowledge of user-centered design process, design systems, Figma libraries, and product development process.
Skill/Experience/Education
- Experience working with UX Design teams and Design Systems
- Ability to establish trusted relationships and coordinate alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated process improvement experience and accomplishments. Experience with influencing organizational change to implement a process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- A strong sense of focus and excellent attention to detail while working in a very fast-paced, changing environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $87.26 to $96.96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
