This is a hybrid position and open to residents who reside in or around San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ.
Are you an experienced B2B marketer with a background in eCommerce? The Seller Marketing team is looking for a highly skilled Technical Writer who can translate technical information into easily digestible language for business audiences. In this role, you'll strike a balance between strategy and creativity while working closely with designers and product teams to conceptualize and write compelling copy about the tools and solutions available to sellers.
You'll play a crucial role in writing communications designed to help support the success of the sellers and reach marketing goals. Projects vary and include collateral for product launch and adoption campaigns, landing pages, lifecycle communications, blogs, case studies, presentation decks, etc. Scope can range from quick-turn, urgent notifications to in-depth, 360 campaigns. Your ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years of creative copywriting experience, preferably in a B2B or eCommerce environment
- Writing samples or a portfolio of recent, relevant work that you're comfortable elaborating on when asked
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to take complete ownership of tasks
- Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content across various formats
- Experience working collaboratively with project stakeholders and designers
- Bachelor's degree in an associated field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with popular platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, or WordPress
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.00 – $57.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
