Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams to drive strategic solutions and process improvements. Analyze business needs, assess the impact of changes, and help identify technology and operational opportunities that support Truist’s goals. Deliver data-driven insights and detailed requirements to support enterprise initiatives, enhance client experiences, and increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business objectives are translated into successful technology and process solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and goals.
2. Conduct gap analysis and define current and future state business workflows to support strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation efforts.
3. Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Partner with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
5. Support technology and operational projects across various domains, including digital banking, core banking modernization, and data initiatives.
6. Participate in solution design sessions to ensure proposed systems and features meet business requirements and align with enterprise standards.
7. Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, scenario development, and defect tracking.
8. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to assess potential business impacts and recommend proactive solutions.
9. Foster continuous improvement by identifying and recommending process optimization opportunities.
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, presenting analysis findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Management Information Systems-related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven to ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in technology; ten years of experience in technology strategy and/or architectural domains
3. Comprehensive experience with various architectural domains such as application, data, infrastructure, security and integration
4. Broad understanding of technology and architectural concepts
5. Ability to interact effectively with Executive Management
6. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
7. Ability to think and act strategically
8. Substantial experience as a senior-level negotiator for contract/vendor management
9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business or IT
2. Banking or financial services experience
3. Experience with dashboard and data visualizations tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
4. Ability to design and maintain intuitive SharePoint solutions to support team collaboration and project management
5. Understanding of KPIs and metrics reporting through dashboards to monitor business performance.
