Job Description: AI Enhancement Consultant
Project Overview: We are seeking a talented AI Enhancement Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our benefit platform. This project focuses on integrating advanced AI-driven features to enhance insurance plan recommendations. A key aspect of this initiative is migrating from Lex v1 to Lex v2 to leverage the enhanced capabilities of AWS Bedrock.
Current Status:
- The migration process has begun internally, with a focus on AI features such as utterance training and generating new intents.
Objectives:
- Customization: Develop and tailor chatbot responses to be client-specific while maintaining consistent messaging across the Benefit Scout platform.
- AI Features: Enhance the chatbots capabilities by utilizing AWS Bedrock for training utterances and creating new intents.
- Next Best Intent: Implement functionality to suggest the most relevant intents based on user input.
Skillset Requirements:
- Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and foundational models
- Strong background in conversational AI and chatbot development.
- Experience with Lex v2 is highly desirable, though candidates with experience in other chatbot platforms will also be considered.
- Proficiency in training utterances and generating new intents using Bedrock.
- Solid experience in API integrations.
