The Cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO) ensures the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects. What You'll Do:
The Cyber Defense Program Manager leads programs, projects, roadmaps, budgets, contracts, and PMO staff within the Cyber Defense organization. This role involves building strong relationships with product managers, engineers, architects and leadership to understand priorities and support project delivery. The Program Manager represents the Cyber Defense organization in cross-functional programs, manages strategic updates, and shapes future activities through roadmaps and long-range strategies.
You will:
Manage Cyber Alert and Incident response, Attack Surface Reduction and Cyber Defense Engineering program structure including project planning, communications, stakeholder management, finances, and business change management
Define and implement agile / project management models
Anticipate and resolve conflicts proactively
Align strategy and execution with Product Managers, leaders and stakeholders
Ensure the facilitation of teams' long-range plans and operational improvement opportunities
Foster collaboration between teams throughout the Cybersecurity organization
Partner closely with other Cybersecurity program managers on ensuring awareness, alignment and best practices of our services
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and introduce improvements using IT Service Management
Incorporate NIST CSF framework within planning and ensure mechanisms to track progress
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
Drive continuous improvement mindset
Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide career coaching
Oversee 4-6 Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Successful Candidates will have:
7+ years of experience managing large IT / Cybersecurity programs
Demonstrated qualities: courage, facilitation, negotiation, communication, storytelling, problem solving, thought leadership, and understanding and driving business value through our services
Recruitment and interviewing skills
Strong business partnering skills across various functions and IT providers
Ability to manage large workloads from multiple value streams
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
