JOB SUMMARY:
Assists Quality to ensure external and internal customer requirements are met according to documented and communicated policies and procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Based on established procedures, is responsible for review of documents to ensure accuracy Assists in the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures for the Medline Quality System
- With direction from the Quality Supervisor or designee, assists with corrective actions as required by process deviations, procedure deviations, complaints, regulatory audits, customer audits, and internal audits
- Under supervision, prepares reports for management, customers, etc. Assists with implementing quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
- N/A Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Basic
- Computer Literacy Must have the ability to inspect, review and resolve non-conforming issues with minimal supervision
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to read, write and speak English
- Have strong interpersonal skills and must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers and various departments within the company
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work Experience Previous Inspection and /or pharmaceutical or medical field work experience.
- Warehouse experience including use of basic warehouse equipment (i.e. including but not limited to forklifts, order pickers etc.).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$18.75 - $26.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
