Professional level role with knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master enabling work with two or more mature teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Execution focused servant-leader. Enables Agile teams to realize and demonstrate value by facilitating Agile ceremonies, following Truist Best Practices, removing impediments, coaching on Agile processes, ensuring team working agreements are being observed, support work moving through the entire life cycle from idea to implementation and participate in team and Agile Release Train (ART) reporting efforts. This role involves application support and development/delivery agile teams requiring flexibility in navigating the differences in type and cadence of work that flows to the teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leverage knowledge of Agile principles to ensure that Scrum/Kanban Team deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Guide agile teams to increased maturity utilizing established best practices.
Facilitate team ceremonies.
Navigate the organization to remove impediments on behalf of the team.
Ensures Agile tools are up to date.
Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC is appropriately followed.
Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on problems and recommend appropriate action.
Participate in reporting efforts to demonstrate efficiency and efficacy of the team meeting commitments.
May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ professional experience, for example: at least two+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)
Prior experience in a Scrum Master role
Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams
Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners/managers
Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification
Experience with Rally, Service Now, Excel and SharePoint
Knowledge of financial services industry and all applicable regulations and industry standards
Experience with application support or shared-services/cross-enterprise teams
