JOB SUMMARY
Drive the translation of data into trusted, actionable insights by gathering, analyzing, and maintaining business data requirements across applications, integrations, and reporting environments. Apply data standards and best practices to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency, while partnering closely with internal clients, business owners and development teams to resolve data issues, strengthen information flows and support the organization’s broader data and analytics journey. Applies knowledge of the business to customize the delivery of meaningful and actionable insights. Produces reports utilizing cloud-based applications or platforms to provide information to business leaders. Applies a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data processes/flows and concepts to implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions to ensure data is effectively managed across the organization or within a specific business unit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.).
3. Focus on process automation to improve efficiency
4. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.
5. Experience managing small-mid size projects with some complexity.
6. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market.
7. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
8. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or MBA and 6 years of related experience.
2. Experience working with modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms, such as AWS and Snowflake, to support scalable reporting and insight generation.
3. Experience working with HR data, including applying data standards, business rules, and analytics to support workforce insights and decision-making.
4. Experience using programming languages such as Python or R to support data analysis, automation, or advanced analytical problem-solving.

The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
